Attendee Instructions

  • Arrival: Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and maximise your session time.

  • Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for sitting or gentle movement.

  • Bring Essentials: Carry a water bottle, a small cushion, and a light shawl if needed & a Yoga Mat if you want to sit on the floor. We have chairs.

  • Stay Open-Minded: Come with a willingness to explore and embrace new practices.

  • Health Advisory: Inform the facilitator of any health conditions or concerns beforehand. If you are unwell, please do not attend the session.

  • Avoid Heavy Meals: Eat light at least 2 hours before the session for comfort during practices.

  • Engage Respectfully: Be mindful of others’ space and energy during group activities.

  • Follow-Up: Reflect on the session at home and practice learned techniques between classes.

  • Age: You must be 18 years or older to attend the program.

Enlightened Guru | Yogi | Mystic

Adiguru Prakriti is an Enlightened Guru and a reincarnated disciple of Great Kriya Yoga Guru Shri Lahiri Mahasaya. In this life, her Kundalini Awakened in 2011 and through the Guru Chakra and visions of Guru Lahiri Mahasaya, she pursued her journey until she was Enlightened on 5th March 2015. Months-long Samadhi led her towards Self-Realisation in 2016. She was born and raised in India, lived in the USA for over a decade, and now lives in Melbourne, Australia. After completing her journey, she started teaching people around the world.
